Established in 1998 by Chief Emmanuel Onyechere Osigwe Anyiam-Osigwe, the founder of Anyiam-Osigwe Group Limited, the foundation is committed to promoting education, health, and sustainable development in Nigeria. 1998-2000: The foundation was established in 1998 by Dr. ABC Orjiako, with the aim of contributing to the development of Nigeria by supporting initiatives that promote education, health, and sustainable development.

2001-2005: In 2001, the foundation launched the Anyiam-Osigwe Scholarship Scheme, which provides scholarships to academically gifted but financially disadvantaged Nigerian students.
